Meet Saundra, one of our students here at TFW Vegas NW.
Saundra started with our Warrior Challenge in January of this year. She said before the program she was tired all the time and had trouble keeping her energy up for every day chores and her daughter’s athletic events.
“With the program so far I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds and 4 1/2 inches off of my waist. I feel great, I’m stronger both mentally and physically and my energy level is through the roof!”
TFW is more than just a fitness program as it has also helped her with her mental outlook as she now has the strength to tackle the day, regardless of mental or physical obstacles.
Saundra says she is motivated to keep coming back to TFW because of the other students. She enjoys seeing everyone, and loves the teamwork and family feel here.

Saundra’s Top 3 Tips for Change:
Eliminate soda, processed sugar and white bread.
Replace them with vegetables, fruit, vitamins and a plant-based protein shake.
