Before I met Tony I was lazy and depressed because of my weight and I was frustrated because for a long time I wasn’t doing anything about it. I didn’t think it would work…. I had been working out here and there before, so I didn’t think it would be much different.
I have been coming to boot camp for three weeks now, I have lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks by following the food guidelines to a T except I give myself ONE DAY a week to eat something that I am craving….. If I decide not to take that day that’s fine but it’s what works for me in my everyday life…. I need to be able to cheat occasionally to hold it together…
I feel like I can take on the world now, I know it sounds cliché but seriously it strengthens MUCH more than your body. You have this attitude that things are going to be okay and you’re going to make it thru this and be stronger coming out of it. Seriously, it’s kind of crazy to me that I didn’t feel like I could do the exercises that Tony had at first and now I’m like ok I will try ANYTHING you want….
Boot Camp is exactly what I need, I didn’t think so at first and BELIEVE ME the first week you literally feel like crap, but after that….. You’re good, I love the feeling of being a LITTLE sore, it makes me think that I did something and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the accountability… Tony pushes a little bit, and it’s nice to workout with the same people most of the time because they push you too!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at boot camp. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to keep up. But then I began to lose weight, get more muscle tone, better cardio endurance, and thinner thighs. Now I have a way better attitude and better self-esteem.
