Recently she has dropped 18 pounds and lowered her body fat 6%.
Alicia admitted before coming Training for Warriors, life felt out of control. Mood swings were extreme and frequent. She was tired, mentally as well as physically and her biggest struggle was a lack of motivation.
She was eating out for lunch and dinner most days, and soda was her go-to-drink. Now she’s consistent with exercise, drinking more water, eating healthier meals and getting more sleep. As a result, she has more energy and focus throughout the day.
“I have lost weight, inches and body fat. I feel more capable of handling obstacles. Energy levels are much higher and I am happier. I have noticed the muscle and joint aches are gone.”

Be part of the team. The team here is so encouraging!
Celebrate the small victories. This is what pushes you to achieve more. Achieving more than you thought possible is addictive. You watch to see what else you can do.
