Avoiding the Holiday Weight Gain – Part 1

Each year the average person gains a few pounds during the Holiday’s and starts the New Year with unwanted body fat, less energy, more stress, and possibly feeling a little embarrassed they let themselves get to that point.

At Training for Warriors we don’t want you to be average! You don’t have to gain weight this Holiday Season. You just need the right strategy, which I’m going to share with you in a moment.

In fact, using this basic strategy you can actually lose fat and have more energy come December 31st, leaving you feeling much better than in year’s past.
